CONCEPT

Inspiration from other artists is something every artist draws from. For this specific project, the trick was to create stamps for the National Park Service but the goal was to do the work in the style of an iconic designer or artist. I was assigned Shepard Fairey, the creator of the Obey movement, street artist and artist of the Obama campaign posters. Through these stamps, I wanted to recreate his signature style used in majority of his pieces through color, lines, and prominent figures.
